Re-Konnect project gets lottery funding!

Konnect Cornwall wins ‘Awards for All’ Lottery funding for the Re-Konnect project…

Re-Konnect is about equipping people who find themselves marginalised and disempowered in our society, with the life skills and confidence to re-engage with community. Our co-designed project will support ex-offenders through the development of a bespoke programme of training. This will include an accredited educational program and the use of restorative approaches to identify and resolve conflict issues. These issues maybe between offender and victim, landlord and tenant or even inter familiar, but all have a determining effect on the re-integration of the individual. Our team of highly trained and experienced professionals will also use coaching and motivational mentoring to deliver personal improvement.

The project will be fully appraised and supported by a research document to show it’s value to our community.
